As a challenger in the premium mixer market, Artisan Drinks was up against established category giants. Their Instagram (11k followers at the time) relied heavily on polished product shots, but engagement was low, around 1-2%. Midway through, the brand pivoted from mixers into a broader soft drinks range, requiring a refreshed narrative and social strategy.
I managed Instagram end-to-end, from content creation and editing to community management. I introduced UGC-style reels, filmed in customer venues and secured collaborations with like-minded brands including Joe & the Juice, lululemon and Oh Polly.
